Green Marble Tours – Terms and Conditions
At Green Marble Tours, we are committed to providing guest-friendly, transparent terms that reflect our dedication to excellence. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
1. Booking and Payments
To reserve your trip, we require a booking payment of:
- €100 per person for self-guided tours
- €300 per person for guided and luxury tours
Upon receipt, we will confirm your booking in writing. The booking payment is non-refundable as it covers part of the administrative and logistical work required to prepare your cycling holiday, including accommodation, transfers, documentation, correspondence, and bookings.
Final Payment Schedule:
Your final payment is due as follows, depending on your tour start date:
Tour Start Month | Final Payment Due Date |
---|---|
April | 1 March |
May & June | 31 March |
July | 30 April |
August | 31 May |
September & October | 31 July |
2. Accepted Payment Methods
All payments must be made in Euro (€) via bank transfer or credit/debit card.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Green Marble Tours does not provide insurance. You can compare insurance options at www.InsureMyTrip.com.
If You Cancel:
- Booking payments are non-refundable.
- Final payments are fully refundable up to 30 days before the tour start date.
- Cancellations within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable.
If We Cancel:
- You will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund.
- Green Marble Tours reserves the right to cancel due to unforeseen events, force majeure, or insufficient bookings.
- Final decision on guided tour viability will be made 6 weeks before the tour start date. Guided tours typically have 6 – 16 guests and require a minimum number of participants to operate. If the minimum number of participants required to run a guided tour is not achieved, guests booked on a guided tour will be offered a self-guided tour, at a reduced cost instead. A final go/no-go decision will be made 6 weeks before the start date. We endeavor to inform guests as soon as possible in the event the guided tour will not be running as planned. Please be aware, guided trips with insufficient guest numbers may be cancelled due to circumstances outside our control (such as other guests cancelling their spot, thus making the tour impossible) and we respectfully request understanding from guests in the event of cancellations.
4. Itinerary and Operational Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to dates, routes, accommodations, or logistics due to circumstances beyond our control. Any such changes will be made with the goal of preserving the quality and safety of your experience.
